It's official...
I've got ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder)...
*sigh*
That aside, have gotten myself a pair of K2 skates! The runs? Well, am finding it really tough to bounce along... glidings so much easier... but am still going to persevere for the 10 click run!!!

Hey... coz hey, if we face shite today, and nobody really cares about it a hundred years from today, it really doesn't happen..
On the other hand, we should be taking steps to affect someone (directly or indirectly) positively 100 years from today... :o)
I'm so full of it, aren't I :o)
The song is called "Better Man".
It's probably one of Rob's better efforts, although his "No Regrets" video is very moving (at least to me it was).
I've already affected my descendants born 100 years from today - they'll have Ang Mo noses unlike mine! Ha.
